In a true western style these simple huts provide shading for the chefs,
enclose hot grills from children, guests and pets, cover and screen grills
when not in use, provide housing for electrical outlets and lighting, screens
coolers, charcoal and other accessories while providing over 23 feet of
counter service area and/or dining area.
Because we build them without a floors, (optional) there is no need for
concrete. These buildings are so light they can be placed on top of most
existing decks or slabs and on irregular surfaces. They are free standing,
light duty structures that can be erected and disassembled in very little
time and easily transported or stowed away.
The open, upper half of the unit minimizes the obstruction of views, allows
natural light and fresh air into the unit while screening barbecues from site
and protecting them from the elements.
