My first construction job was for my Dad at 15.
He taught me lessons no one else could have. The most important
being to be a man of my word.
He also taught me to always work against waste.
I received my B1 license in 1976. My license # is 322637. I also hold
licenses in two other classifications.
Since then, I’ve built homes, several office and retail buildings, a
large industrial building and a shopping center. I’ve undertaken a
number of commercial tenant improvement contracts but most of
my experience is in residential improvements .This would include
the addition of new kitchens, bedrooms and and bathrooms as well
as remodeling existing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
I've also subcontracted to owner builders and other general
contractors for concrete, drainage and framing services.
I think my highest skills come from my experience in purchasing and
redeveloping my own properties. I've bought all kinds of distressed
properties over the years and have confronted major defects in
drainage, foundation settling, water intrusions , seismic deficiencies
as well as every other construction defect imaginable.
